My custom contract consulting packages are reserved for the most serious online entrepreneurs who want help to draft bespoke contracts for their online business and make sure their contract setup is airtight.
My custom contract consulting starts at EUR 2,000 and includes:
👉 A detailed onboarding process to understand your offer suite, customer journey, and boundaries with clients
👉 Strategic contract drafting done by me (you sit back and chill while I draft)
👉 A clause-by-clause walkthrough via Google Meet to explain what everything means and how to implement the contracts in your daily workflows
👉 30 days of support for edits and questions as you roll it out

I’m a trained contract lawyer and former attorney with 7+ years of experience who also runs an online business, so I speak both languages.
I know what your offer suite actually looks like in the real world, and how to protect it contractually without overcomplicating the process.
My goal is to make your contracts:
👉 Clear enough that you understand them
👉 Strong enough that they’ll hold up when sh*t hits the fan (because trust me, it will)
👉 Pretty enough that they match your brand 💅

Online CEO. Lawyer. Contract expert for the online business industry.
A lawyer and former attorney with 7+ years of experience working with contracts that hold up in the real world.
I’ve reviewed, drafted, and negotiated more agreements than I can count from freelance service contracts to multi-million-dollar deals.
Before starting my own business, I worked with some of the most respected international players in law and business, including:
👉 One of Denmark’s top law firms
👉 A fast-moving biotech startup
👉 A global shipping conglomerate
👉 The Danish Embassy in Australia
👉 And an international optical retail chain
Today, I work with online businesses and creative agencies to make sure their contracts actually match the level of their brand and offers.
I also support clients in high-stake contract negotiations often with multi-million-dollar companies on the other side of the table.
I’ve also built and scaled a successful online business of my own with a full online product suite, evergreen funnels, paid traffic, and a podcast with over 110 episodes.
So when I say I can support the contract setup for your online business, I’m not guessing how your business runs.
I get exactly how your sales systems work, how you onboard clients, what content you’re creating, and how one badly drafted contract clause could cost you that 5 figure mastermind client who just signed on to work with you for the next 12 months.
In my world, it’s not just about following the law. Of course we do that.
But more importantly…. We strategically design contracts that back you and your company when it really counts.
Absolutely, I work with online business owners and creative agencies all over the world.
Here’s how it works:
I’m a Danish-trained lawyer with 7+ years of experience working on international contracts, and while I don’t give legal advice under the laws of jurisdictions where I’m not trained, qualified, or licensed, I specialize in contract strategy, structure, and risk awareness for modern online businesses and creative agencies.
Over the years, I’ve reviewed and negotiated contracts from a wide range of jurisdictions, so I understand how international contract standards work and what to look out for.
Think of me as someone who knows the rules of the game on a global scale, even if I’m not your country-specific legal rep.
Pair that with my experience in online business and I promise you, I’ll save you a headache or two trying to explain to your local lawyer around the corner what “Stripe” is, lol (speaking from experience after incorporating my company in Greece 😉)
That means I help you:
👉 Make sure your contract aligns with your offer suite, online business systems, and client boundaries.
👉 Spot contractual gaps that could lead to potential disputes with clients or worst case - non-payment.
👉 Negotiate your contracts confidently with bigger clients or collab partners.
👉 Understand what your contract is really saying.
When would I need a local lawyer?
In some cases, I recommend that you have your contracts reviewed by a local lawyer from your jurisdiction who can conduct what we call a “national law review”.
That’s fancy legal lingo for hiring a local lawyer to double check if there’s anything in your contracts that needs to be changed because of specific local laws in your jurisdiction. I’m happy to refer you to one if needed. I have a ton of connections worldwide.
And btw… in most cases, these national law reviews lead to minor changes (if any at all).
Bottom line: I support clients globally with contract strategy and setups. And when a national law review is needed, I help you make that part simple, too.
