Over the years, I’ve reviewed and negotiated contracts from a wide range of jurisdictions, so I understand how international contract standards work and what to look out for.
Think of me as someone who knows the rules of the game on a global scale, even if I’m not your country-specific legal rep.

When would I need a local lawyer?
In some cases, I recommend that you have your contracts reviewed by a local lawyer from your jurisdiction who can conduct what we call a “national law review”.
That’s fancy legal lingo for hiring a local lawyer to double check if there’s anything in your contracts that needs to be changed because of specific local laws in your jurisdiction. I’m happy to refer you to one if needed. I have a ton of connections worldwide.
And btw… in most cases, these national law reviews lead to minor changes (if any at all).
Bottom line: I support clients globally with contract strategy and setups. And when a national law review is needed, I help you make that part simple, too.
